White oak has a light to medium brown colour with a slight greyish or golden hue. It has a coarse grain with open pours that create a beautiful surface texture. It is a dense wood considered to be very stable and has excellent rot resistance. We finish our white oak pieces with three coats of natural hard wax oil specially formulated to conserve the wood's natural elegance.
